
Simple exercise for good digestion
- Seated curl Starting positon:sit on a mat and stretch your straight legs out in front of you,alignyour back.Bend your left legs and place your full foot on the outside of your right knee.Grasp the bent leg with your right hand and press it as close to you as possible.With your left hand,lean on the mat and gently rotate your body to the left as much as your flexibility allows.
- Fold-starting positon:lie on your back,relax and bend your legs.Hug yur legs behind your knees and press them firmly against chest,tensing your abs and arms,Seay from side to side a few times then release your legs and relax.Reapeat 5 times.
- Vertical fold-Starting positon:feet shoulder eidth apart.Starting at the cerivcal vertebrae,slowly bend your back as if you want to reach your forehead to your knees.Wrap your arms around your calves,gently pull your body toward your knees and hold for a few seconds.Repeat 10 times.
